L\u2019AIBL a \u00e9t\u00e9 fond\u00e9e en 1974. L\u2019association \u00e9tait initialement un forum d\u2019\u00e9change d\u2019id\u00e9es entre les juristes d\u2019entreprises multinationales \u00e9tablies \u00e0 Gen\u00e8ve. Au fil du temps, le nombre de membres de l\u2019AIBL a augment\u00e9 et s\u2019est diversifi\u00e9, comprenant des avocats au barreau et des Conseils d\u2019organisations internationales ou d\u2019ONG. D\u00e9jeuners-conf\u00e9rences<\/h3>\n

L\u2019une des principales activit\u00e9s de l\u2019AIBL est l\u2019organisation de d\u00e9jeuners-conf\u00e9rences, g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement le dernier vendredi du mois \u00e0 l\u2019h\u00f4tel M\u00e9tropole \u00e0 Gen\u00e8ve.<\/p>\n

Chaque ann\u00e9e en janvier, l\u2019AIBL organise aussi un d\u00e9jeuner-conf\u00e9rence intitul\u00e9 \u00ab D\u00e9veloppements r\u00e9cents en droit suisse des affaires \u00bb, en pr\u00e9sence de plusieurs avocats qui r\u00e9sument les d\u00e9veloppements intervenus lors de l\u2019ann\u00e9e en cours dans leur domaine de sp\u00e9cialisation.<\/p>\n

Ev\u00e9nements sociaux et culturels<\/h3>\n

Outre les d\u00e9jeuners-conf\u00e9rences et autres activit\u00e9s professionnelles, l\u2019AIBL organise lors d\u2019une soir\u00e9e estivale une croisi\u00e8re sur le lac L\u00e9man, ainsi que d\u2019autres activit\u00e9s sociales et\/ou culturelles, tel que la d\u00e9gustation de vins et la visite d\u2019expositions d\u2019art.<\/p>\n
