French-Swiss Perspectives – The inhouse lawyer as crisis manager

The AIBL and the French Association of Corporate Lawyers (AFJE) invite you to an opportunity to share experiences and exchange ideas between lawyers from both sides of the border on the theme: the role of in-house lawyers in crisis management.

Our speakers will present their respective experiences and perspectives on the possible contributions and positions of an organization’s legal department when it faces particularly serious and unforeseen situations: emergency management, communication, and advice to management. What tools can legal departments implement to better anticipate and overcome crises?

Summer cruise

Come and join our AIBL Summer Cruise!

Meet us at 18:40 by the CGN ticket cabin at Genève Mont-Blanc (this year, not at the Jardin anglais) before the boat departure at 19:00 sharp.

The boat will be returning at 22:20. The boat ticket price (CHF 18.60 with CFF demi-tarif, or CHF 37.20.- without) is to be paid directly to CGN. This year, you can purchase your boat ticket on the board.

We will enjoy cocktails and a three-course meal with a grilled swordfish as main dish and served on the deck. The drinks are offered by the AIBL. For AIBL members, the cost will be CHF 65.- and for non-members CHF 95.-.
